Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actress and singer. She is most famous as a actor in the theatre and also in the role of Chelsea Daniels from the Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch origin as well as being an American singer/actor best known for recurring roles on the television series That's So Raven. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she has recorded many songs which were included in the production soundtrack. One such song is the iconic A Change in Me.
